The phrase spanish, which means » Spanish » in English, encompasses a large variety of civilizations and countries. Generally, hispanics are defined as people of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central or South American ( including Brazil ) ancestry. Spanish culture varies significantly among the many different groups of people with Spanish heritage, but there are some features that traverse the various faiths. Several of these prevalent faculties are the control of Catholicism, the necessity placed on family, and the emphasis on social responsibility.
